Shipping & Returns


All ready-stock items are dispatched within 2-5 working days (excluding Weekends and Public Holidays) from the time we receive your order. Pre-order items will be mailed within 10-15 working days. Once your items are mailed, you will be notified via email with the tracking number.Please input your contact details and ensure that the address provided is accurate & complete. Do note that orders with incomplete/incorrect address may result in lost or delayed mail, and any shipping costs for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

Local Shipping (Singapore)

We offer door-to-door delivery on all orders within Singapore with a flat rate of $5 per order. Shipping is free for orders above $60. Once your parcel has been shipped out, it will takes 2-7 working days for it to reach you. For urgent orders, please contact us before selecting our Express Shipping and receive your order within 24 hours.

International Shipping

International shipping is available. If you would like to place an order from other countries, please email or WhatsApp us with the list of products that you're keen to purchase. International Delivery option will be calculated based on the weight of the products. It typically takes 4-8 weeks for the parcel to reach you, depending on your delivery location. 

In the event of a wrong order placed for international orders, an administrative charge of $8-$25 will be chargeable.

Return Policy

All sales are final and there is strictly no refund or exchange for our items after confirmation. If you received a wrong item or a faulty one, please drop us an email or WhatsApp us with details of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. Once the fault has been verified, we will ship out a replacement if available. In the event where a replacement is not immediately available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item in the form of shopping credits. For wrong orders made, an administrative charge of $8-$25 will be chargeable.

Terms and Conditions

All sales are final once payment is confirmed. Books and accessories are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. A 1 year warranty is applicable for Luka® and Luka® Hero purchased from our e-store. Please register your warranty here AND keep the proof of purchase (soft or hard copy).

The warranty is VOID if the product is damaged under the following circumstances:
1. Not used properly and did not follow the guidelines in user manual which comes along with the product.

2. Found to have been dismantled without prior authorisation.

3. Damaged due to misuse or negligence.

4. Damaged due to force majeure like earthquake, thunder, flood, war.

5. Used for commercial purpose or under all other abnormal situations.

6. Improper care such as not keeping the product dry, dust-free and clean.

7. Warranty does not cover additional items in the bundle (eg. picture books, flashcards, playmat, portable charging station).

8. Damage originating from falls or throws.
Prior to sending your product, please contact us. Our customer service team will provide you with the relevant details.
Do note that you will be responsible for your own shipping costs for servicing of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. An estimated waiting time of 5-10 weeks will be required for the inspection and servicing process.
