"Spring Festival in Beijing" is selected from the famous prose of "People's Artist" Lao She. The painter Yu Dawu uses the brushwork of Chinese painting to restore the old Beijing described by Mr. Lao She and evokes the collective memory of the "Spring Festival" in the hearts of Chinese people. Eat garlic on the eighth day of the twelfth lunar month, pay homage to the kitchen prince on the twenty-third lunar month, eat a reunion dinner on the lunar new year, go to a temple fair on the first day of the new year, and make a lantern festival on the fifteenth day of the first lunar month. The alleys are filled with a festive and peaceful atmosphere of reunion everywhere. The old customs, the same taste. Enclosed are detailed drawings of old folk custom objects.
