《影响孩子一生的健康书》共有8册，针对影响这个时期孩子健康的重要的8个行为习惯进行特别设计，每册针对一个具体健康习惯（保护眼睛、不挑食、保护牙齿、保护耳朵等）进行编绘。书中主人公均为3-6岁的孩子，他们与小读者一样正处于良好习惯养成的关键时期，对自己的身体充满好奇，常常对大人们所要求的“健康好习惯”充满不解和困惑，他们急切地想知道“为什么？”。每个故事都源于孩子所熟悉的日常生活，并从孩子的视角出发，代每个孩子说出困惑，帮每个孩子解答疑问，在潜移默化中帮助孩子养成良好的习惯。
There are 8 volumes of "Health Books Affecting Children's Life", which are specially designed to describe 8 important behaviours and habits that affect children's health. Each volume is for a specific healthy habit (protecting your eyes, not being picky eaters, protecting your teeth, protecting your ears, etc.). The protagonists in the book are all children aged 3-6. They represent actual young readers in their critical growth period of forming good habits. They are full of curiosity about their bodies and are often puzzled by the "good health habits" required by adults. Confused, they eagerly want to know "why?". Each story is derived from the daily lives of the children and are told from the children’s perspective. Each story helps to answer children's questions and helps children to develop good habits in a subtle way.
